Terms of use

Last updated: 25 October 2026. This is a draft for legal review before launch.

Using the games

DADAMIAN Games offers free browser mini-games. Players may use offline mode without an account. Optional online accounts support unique nicknames and private friend leaderboards, subject to the Privacy Policy and age restrictions.

Online account rules

Online registration in this release is intended only for players aged 16 or older until a verified guardian permission process exists. Use a fictional, respectful nickname. Do not enter personal details, impersonate other people or use abusive names. Do not attempt to bypass account security, manipulate others' accounts or abuse friend requests. The operator may need to moderate and suspend accounts following an appropriate process once those capabilities exist.

Game scores and availability

Scores are for entertainment. Browser-based totals are not fully protected against cheating. Connection or device problems can affect saving progress. Anonymous cloud accounts can be lost after browser data is erased or when switching devices. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Privacy and data deletion

See our Privacy Policy for personal data rights and account deletion. A player can cancel an optional online account using the in-game deletion control where enabled.
